Lots and lots of good information!!!
Not only did I learn a lot of good information on how to help my child with anxiety, but it taught me a lot about myself and my own anxieties and issues. The book has good actionable steps on how to help your child deal with and overcome these issues. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels their child is struggling with anxiety, OCD, PTSD, sleeping issue or social problems.
