What I love most about this book is that it was very concise Direct and straight to the point. It gave you great insight and understanding as well as clarity about all the particular topics. The writer also gave you examples on how to proceed with your own practices and know what to do and what not to do when applying the different practices.

I feel like this was a beautiful introduction for me. A lot of information in a short book, that makes it easy to listen to again a catch something new
