Enjoyed Very Much!

I am recently recovering from a high-demand, Christian religion that borders on being a fully-blown cult. After almost 25 years as a Protestant Christian, I researched and joined this religion/cult. I remained a member for nearly 50 years, and all my religious beliefs were outlined and strongly taught to me. I never had opportunity to decide what I believed for myself, so at almost 75 years old, I am studying for myself to decide what I believe is truth.
After I learned the original truth claims of my religion were based on lies, I walked away alone and was basically shunned by almost all my acquaintances and lifetime friends. I spent several years deconstructing my belief systems, and I am now beginning to reconstruct my beliefs to learn what is my own truths from my own studies. I never imagined that I would openly explore medians, ghosts, and other things supernatural. However, I was comfortable and truly enjoyed reading this book even though I had no history or understanding of such practices. At the same time, I believe if I had been a lifelong supporter of supernatural practices, it would have been equally helpful to me.
Whether you read this book straight through, or use it like a to-do guidebook for medians, I highly recommend it for basic understanding, practical knowledge, and easy-to-follow instructions. It will strengthen your understanding and practices as much or little as you may desire.
I listened to the Audible version of this book that was offered free at the time I received it. I am grateful it was free because most likely I would not have purchased it me having such limited knowledge; however, after reading the book, I would have been happy that I had purchased the book if there had been a cost.
