Deeply Connected with Myself and My Purpose
This is the first audio book I've experienced and I could not stop listening! I felt very connected to Ilchi Lee, the narrator and the intention of this book to help me bring my focus and love into myself. Points that stuck with me are Dark Brain, Power Brain and Divine Brain... Being fully aware of your brain state - what energy you put out, what you attract and what you create. Also the stories from individuals that deeply healed themselves or changed their lives through pineal gland training were so touching. Personally, I always thought I was connected with myself, but actually through my own meditation and yoga practice I realized how disconnected I really was. This book gives me hope and inspiration to reach a new level of insight and clarity into my own consciousness and to create the positive changes I want. Thank you Ilchi Lee!

Not a good format for audio book -good content
I find it challenging to write reviews for books that I believe have excellent content, but challenging in this format. Lee's techniques seem excellent. However, it is was very challenging for me to enact them without visual guides and steps. Although the author directs you to a website, a pdf download would have been far better. I decided to buy the physical book so I can better undertake the techniques. Others may find Lee easy to follow in audio format, I simply found it challenging.

Must Read
This book is truly a must read for those who wish to expand their consciousness and connect deeper with their inner being. I have read this book and listened to the audio book several times and I would advise the same for anyone.
The book dives deep into pineal gland meditation which opens up your 6th chakra. But more importantly, it offers tools for you to connect with you true self.
If you’d like to continue to deepen your practice after you have awakenings from this book find a Body and Brain center to practice pineal gland meditation and the other meditation exercises offered to you.
Lots of bright shining energy to you on your journey to your true self!

Very complete book!
I loved that this book includes physical, emotional, and spiritual evolution and well-being! I was able to follow the simple exercises, and the concepts are ahead of the time. This book is a great guide to having a peaceful enlightened existence. Thank you!

One Word Says All
The words in this book reach deeply into the tapestry of life, opening awareness of what is, what has been, and what I want for my life. The chapters laid open the quagmire created by living according to self interpreted rules gathered from apparent dictates of social order and current trends held in daily thought patterns . With simplicity and detail, they opened windows to accept and love myself on a deep level. The new clarity opens new and wider views of other people, conditions, and choices for my life.
