Excellent advice from experienced youth counselor

I’m a mother of a teenager and I got this audiobook to help her to be more confident when interacting with other people. I found very useful information in this audiobook. I especially liked the chapter about how to engage in casual conversations. The author provides tips that are easy to follow and I’m sure that my daughter will find them easy to try. Also, the book has exercises at the end of each chapter to practice the concepts. This is a very nice book for your teenager and every parent will benefit from listening to it.
