Mike lays it all out for you step by step with great detail from finding, analyzing, purchasing, stabilizing and exiting a property. He only wants to see you win and you can genuinely feel that throughout the book. I especially appreciate the details on how to analyze the financials and formulas while he provides the resources and excels to make it all clear and POSSIBLE!
