Face your fears and it's what you make of it
Wasn't going to tell you that it is not all that bad. A primer for an ongoing relationship to negotiation as well as challenging yourself. I'm looking for additional ways to find the helpful quotes from this book, but I may just need to listen and listen again to find the golden hints and strategies within this book.
