Dr Jessica Taylor
'Frighteningly accurate, robustly researched and courageously original' Eve Barlow, Owner of Blacklisted
'Dr Jessica Taylor is the voice every woman needs to hear. Her incredible courage in tackling the uncomfortable truths that continue to harm women around the world is helping to change the conversation in a profound way! If you've ever felt silenced, dismissed, manipulated or made to question your own instincts, Dr Jessica's work is absolutely essential! She empowers women to find their voice, trust themselves and refuse to be silenced' Lisa Bilyeu
What happens when thousands of strangers decide you deserve to be destroyed?
How do strangers become obsessed with someone they barely know?
What happens when your stalker can destroy your life from the comfort of their own sofa?
For years, Dr Jessica Taylor was stalked - not by a lone figure lurking outside her home, but by groups of people online. They watched her. They monitored her life. They spread rumours, stole her identity, analysed her posts, contacted everyone she had ever known and coordinated attacks designed to ruin her life.
To end her life.
And they believed that they were justified. Like all stalkers do.
In Click. Stalk. Destroy., Taylor takes readers inside the disturbing psychology of online stalking. Combining her professional research with real-life examples and her own experience, she unravels the psychology of this disturbing behaviour as well as the radically changing landscape of stalking, including the prevalence of female online stalkers and 'she was asking for it' narratives.
Revealing how the internet and social media has fostered new conditions for stalking, this is an exposition of today's hidden world of psychological warfare and digital surveillance.©2026 Dr Jessica Taylor (P)2026 Little, Brown Book Group Limited

It’s only been two days since Click. Stalk. Destroy.: The Minds of People Who Stalk Online by Dr. Jessica Taylor was released, and I’ve already listened to it twice.
As a survivor of workplace stalking, relationship stalking, stalking by friends, family-related stalking, bullying, and abuse, this audiobook has been incredibly painful to hear. Not because it isn’t excellent, but because it forced me to recognize experiences I had spent years trying to understand.
Drawing from her own trauma, professional expertise, and extensive research, Dr. Jessica Taylor does a magnificent job of conveying the reality of stalking through a trauma-informed lens. She explains the psychology, tactics, and devastating consequences of this form of abuse with remarkable clarity while never losing sight of its human impact. Her work demonstrates how stalking can escalate into emotional abuse, physical violence, and, in some cases, deadly violence, including murder. It is both heartbreaking and deeply compassionate.
As survivors, this is how we stand: by educating ourselves, believing one another, speaking the truth, and refusing to let stalking define our lives.
This audiobook opened my eyes in ways I never expected. It helped me recognize behaviors I had overlooked in others, identify warning signs in people around me, and make the difficult decision to distance myself from unhealthy relationships.
No one should ever have to experience the fear, confusion, isolation, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion that stalking creates. It is heartbreaking to realize how many people endure this every day.
If you have ever been stalked, harassed, bullied, or targeted, this audiobook is eye-opening, empowering, and deeply educational. If you have ever been part of a friend group, workplace, family, or online community where someone was being ostracized, monitored, harassed, or encouraged to join in against another person without recognizing the harm being caused, I hope you will listen with an open mind. It offers a powerful opportunity to better understand stalking behaviors, coercive control, and the profound impact they have on victims, their families, and entire communities.
Dr. Taylor’s courage in sharing both her research and her own experiences is extraordinary. She has transformed painful experiences into a resource that educates, empowers, and gives survivors a voice.
Thank you, Dr. Taylor, for your bravery, compassion, and dedication to helping others. Click. Stalk. Destroy.: The Minds of People Who Stalk Online has already changed my life. Because of your work, survivors don’t just survive. We stand.
I’m off to listen to it again because it’s difficult to fully absorb everything Dr. Taylor is saying through my own tears. The realization is both shocking and profoundly affirming. With every chapter, I recognize another piece of my own experience. Each listen brings a deeper understanding, greater clarity, and, ultimately, healing.
My tears are for Dr. Taylor, for myself, and for every person who has suffered the trauma of stalking, abuse, violence, or the murder of a loved one.
My brother was stalked before he was murdered. That reality will stay with me forever, and it is why this book means so much to me.
I cry for all of us.
This isn’t just an audiobook. It’s validation. It’s education. It’s hope. For many of us, it’s the first time we’ve truly understood what happened to us.
Now, survivors stand.
