What I Needed

I'm a fan of Anita's work, this one is a favorite for me because it's something I listen to at night and it just helps me have a great day the next day. Like clockwork. Small miracles.

Happiness is a Choice

It's true that you can't control what happens around you, you are not god. BUT, you can control how you react to things. How you interpret them. This audio from Anita really helps with that perspective for me.

Oh Man, A Great Message

Well I just needed to find this audiobook. I saw it was from Anita Arya and thought why not? Let's try it. Did not disappoint. I even drifted off to sleep while listening and woke up after some pleasant dreams in a good mood.

Needed to Hear This

It's an audiobook that I needed to listen to, that's certain for me. I do tend to forget that focusing on certain feelings for long periods of time can actually make them much, much worse. But focusing on more positive thoughts and gratitude can actually lead to more happiness. I like the effect this audiobook has had on me and its gentle reminders are welcome.
