It's time to Chicken In!

As someone who has more fear and anxiety than the average person, I found this book to be very helpful. Hearing J.J.'s story and some of the hard decisions that she had to make helped me to see that there is hope for me. She gave some good tactics and steps to take when you are in moments of decision making and looking at what you are really afraid of. It is a book of hope for those of us who fear making the wrong choices. While I loved the book itself, I was disappointed in the audio. At times the words did not flow well and I did need to speed it up quite a bit.
