I’ve never read a Lisa Whittle book before so there was no prejudging what I might find. What I found was that this book touched deep places with words full of mercy and grace for the hard things we face in life. It’s worth the read. And I will be reading it again.

When I got this book I was praying for the hard good in my difficult new 6 month marriage, step parenting and our ground 0 no money ministry… however the day I started it a while after I got it… was 4 days after I lost my father. God knew the difficulties I would have in this upcoming season and saw ALL of them.. before I did

Loved It! Chapter 6 was the chapter for me. After losing my 3 sisters within the last 15 years, I was experiencing all the effects of a shut down. I lost my Dear Mother 2 years ago. I felt I was nobody anymore but God assures me I am His daughter.
