cute story

this was cute story, narrator is good there could be more distinction between the guys. i didn't like matts whiney breathy way he talked to Jordan is was fake porno-ish. baby...
she is a witch but pretty weak and whiney and insecure could have made her more rounded.
glad it was a shorter story if they had drug it out it would have been too much. we will see how the next book goes

Charmed Spirits

The story was very simplistic. The characters were flat & uninteresting. The villain was totally mustache twirling thru the whole book. This feels like maybe it was one of CAR early efforts, as I have read other works by her that were much better.

cute quick story

this was a cute short listen with a new to me narrator. Gregory did a nice job narrating this book but I would've liked to hear more differentiation between the characters.
overall I enjoyed this book by an author I've listened to previously.

Charming Story

Not my usual kind of book. I typically prefer romantic comedy and contemporary over stories with supernatural elements but have to say I really enjoyed this book. It was a fairly short listen but I felt connected to both the characters. I really hated the way Jordan allowed the bullies to get to her and run her off. Matt's brothers all seemed like they have some pretty great stories so I will be listening to the rest of the series.

Gregory Salinas is good with the narration and like that he is the narrator for the rest of the series.

Interesting

Interesting story just too short to form a full attachment to the main characters. I liked Jordan from the start. Matt needed more time. His obsession with tables began a connection to him.

Gregory did a good job.

Carrie Ann Ryan’s second chance romance was cute and interesting but a little too short to form an attachment to the hero and heroine. I needed more details behind Jordan’s reasons for leaving town and the love of her life only to return after 11 years still exhibiting immature behavior. Matt needed to be more proactive about solving his problems instead of sitting passively by waiting for a solution. However, once they got their act together things did work out for their benefit. Gregory Salinas did well with narration but he’s not a favorite of mine because his voice is too soft. He does well with his expressions and verbal cues for each character. Overall I think it was a good story but maybe for a younger audience

Ghost and witch

I liked the story it was fun and fast. The two main characters knew each other and were in love a long time ago but now can they have a relationship again? One a witch and the other now somehow a ghost. The small town was fun and I loved the side characters. I’m excited to learn more about all these characters. This had a happy ending which was very nice.

The witch returns home

Jordan returns to Holiday, MT after the death of her grandmother. She ran out of town 11yrs ago without an explanation to her HS sweetheart. The townspeople were nasty to her...because she’s a witch. Matt lost his heart 11yrs ago when Jordan left without a word. Now she’s back...but something happened to Matt the night that she left and he believes that she is to blame. When the town mayor and his sister set out to run Jordan back out of town, will Matt help her or join them? Will Matt and Jordan rekindle their relationship and figure out Matt’s predicament? This is a quick story filled with magic, drama, a corrupt mayor and a jealous woman. Can’t wait to get the stories of the other Cooper brothers.

It made cry because of the injustice one person can so full of them selves that they make everyone bend to their will.
