Acerca de esta escucha

Here Osho reminds us that the world is a cosmos not a chaos. Then why do we experience it as chaotic? Because we experience the world through our mind, and the mind is by its very nature chaotic. The way out of this chaotic mess is through meditation. It is through meditation that you can experience life in all its mystery without the filters if the mind. Through cathartic meditation techniques in particular you can dissolve the chaos and create space for more celebration. In the world of consciousness, nothing helps like celebration. Your energy has to be creative. If you don't use it for happiness, your energy will move to unhappiness and worrying. Sounds like a no-brainer, doesn't it?

Osho mentions that mind is a tool or a bridge that gets you somewhere but humanity likes to play with its toys. We become so attached to our meditation techniques without realizing that some day the technique itself will need to be dropped to achieve true realization. Don't become attached to the tools and realize the inner self lies beyond the tools, he suggests to use the tools to figure things out but some day the tools will have to be discarded. He then goes on to talk all about love and fear. The biggest takeway I got out of this was that fear is an absence of love, its like a room filled with darkness, you can't remove the darkness but you can replace it with light: this is exactly how you remove fear. Dont focus on the fear and obsess over it rather if you have too much fear then you need to seek to have more love. Drawing closer rather then turning away, trusting and not fearing. I plan on coming back to this one because there was quite a lot to take in, this world is filled with darkness and people that don't know how to love and only fear. Some people may be put off by these shorter segments but they are some of the best ones because it's like a targeted talk where it's straight to the point. This was by far one of my favorite speeches and I highly recommend it.

This one is filled with knowledge and wisdom all about every aspect of the mind.
