Publisher's Summary

Can he make her fall in love with him…again? When Pagan Moore proved worthy of Death's devotion, he was given the gift of getting to keep her. But Dank was never promised that Pagan would keep him. When a soul is created, so is its mate. In every lifetime those souls find each other. They complete the other's destiny. It's time for Pagan's soul to choose if she truly wants an eternity at Death's side or if she wants the mate created just for her. Dank didn't think he had to worry about her choice. He knew where her heart belonged. Until he realized that every kiss, every touch, every moment of their time together would be washed from her memories. He would have to win her heart all over again and prove to her soul that he was where she belonged. If only her soul's mate wasn't right there standing in his way.

Great book, nails on chalkboard narrator

This series is great! I enjoyed it immensely, but listening to this narrator attempt to change her voice for the different characters is painful. Except for the voices of Dank and Pagan the rest are high pitched, screechy, almost unbearable to listen to. The voice of best friend, Miranda, is especially grating on the nerves. It's a cross between Betty Boop and a low budget cartoon voice of a fairy. Attempting to listen seriously makes me want to sit the narrator in a classroom and run my fingernails down the chalkboard for hours upon hours. What was she thinking?

great story, annoying screechy narration

Would you consider the audio edition of Ceaseless to be better than the print version?

No way. The narrator doesn't understand that bubbly and young doesn't mean high pitched and screeching and so very annoying.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Ceaseless?

Dunno

How did the narrator detract from the book?

With distorted screeching and giggling

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

None

Liked the series overall.

Liked the series overall. I could have done without the song lyrics, the repetition of them was annoying to me, although I understand that the lead male character was a singer and maybe the author was trying to show his artistic/romantic broody side through them. Narrator did a wonderful job differentiating character voices, although the friend's voice was grating and shrill.

Awful audio

I really liked the series but HATED the voices, the whole time I was wishing for Miranda to die, I can't with her voice! And the singing was bad, with a different voice I might have loved this books

Good finale

I enjoyed the series, wish Abbi would write more PNR. The audiobooks where amazing. The story was great, who would've know Death could be so sexy and a great guy.

the ending you didn't know you needed

freshman year of college is hard enough without other worldly beings messing with your life. With one last test for dank and pagan, this book takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, wondering if they will survive this one! I was a bit disappointed in the suddenness of the ending but, it was exactly what had to happen. so happy to finish a series and the ending not leaving more to be desired! great listen for all 3 books!

Loved it!

Great series with new plot. The narrator was able to keep all of the characters voices distinct.

AmaZing

I was so glad I tried this series. I now want to find all books in this genre. The trilogy was fantastic. I was so sad when she didn’t remember him. Dana’s voice was so good I must find more of this narration.

Irritating narrator is hard on

The voice of several of the girls is screechy and makes the narrative difficult to follow I want to turn off the book every time Maranda and G speak.

Another winner

Any additional comments?

Just when I thought it was all going so well, pagan and Dank are thrown another curveball! Pagan's memory is wiped and Dank has to earn her love. It killed me having to watch Dank try to win back Pagan's loved when I know they were so perfectly matched. Of course we have Leif trying to take back what he believes to be his. Got to say, Dank just gets sexier and sexier. Fantastic end to the series.
