Publisher's Summary

"Hi Monty. Wanna see my python?"

That's how I ended up in the bathroom of some dive bar with a stranger.

Me, Monty Andrews, the quintessential virgin girl next door.

I was so out of my element, but there was no denying our explosive attraction, even via text.

Commence Operation Bang Each Other Out of Our Systems, because that was all it was - unfinished business.

I had no intention of falling back into the sheets with the tattooed, muscly, dirty-in-the-best-kind-of-way single dad over and over again... but I did.

Everything was going great - until we discovered I was his son's teacher.

Contains mature themes.

Read this one...don’t listen!!

Good story...bad narration. The male narrator is sooo bad in this book, I couldn’t take it serious. It was entertaining to hear him though but not in the way it was supposed to be.

Almost DNF

I’ve enjoyed the text series and was looking forward to listening to this book. The male narrator was so annoying, and it was just so distracting I couldn’t get into the story. It’s a shame because I enjoy Emma.

Worst male narration ever!

The male narrator ruined this! I couldn’t get through it! So upsetting! I love this series.

ugh

Love the series...added a new narrator to book 3 and ugh...hour and a half in and I'm forcing myself not to hit stop/delete to ease the pain of that voice. Maybe he will sound better at 1.5 or 2.0 speed (he did) swapped between normal speed and 1.5 when book swapped narrators.

Couldn’t finish

I’m so disappointed! I was excited to listen to this as I loved the rest of he series. But the male narrator just wasn’t the right pick for this role. I loved the story lines throughout the previous two books but I don’t think I can finish this one bc of the male narration.

Drop the male narrator

Omg I have waited so long for this book to become narrated and then they went and ruined it with a bad male narrator!! Noooooo. Re-do it please! His female voice was one of the worse I have ever heard and his voice for Zac was horrible and I want my money back! It would have been all 5’s if they had just left Emma for the whole thing or picked basically any other male!

The guy narrator... was bad!

I love love this series.. but the guy narrator was really bad. He sounded fake.. or like a old man. Joe Arden or Teddy Hamilton would be great for the male part. Or just leave it without a male narrator.

The story was great.. but was very hard to listen to it when it was Robbies point of you view.

Love this series but the male narrator....

Ok this series is delightfully witty. But the male narrator in this one is..... So. very. Bad. He makes all the men, himself included, sound like lecherous cheese balls. And the girls all sound like wanna be playboy bunnies, only more brainless. It’s. Awful. Every time it would switch to him, I would debate if I really wanted to finish it. I pushed through but man, that guy ruined it

You had me at Monty and Python :)

I was excited for this book having really enjoyed books 1 and 2 in this series. The story was sweet, and unique. I love a good single dad trope and this one did it well. I really wanted to know more about Monty's background, and while we got a taste i felt like there was so much more there that I was left wondering about. Overall the story was great, the banter was witty and it reminded me of the banter my husband and I had when we first started dating. I was slightly disappointed in the narration. Emma Wilder was phenomenal as always, she has such distinction in her voices and really does male voices well. At one point i got into my car and she was reading a text from Python and i was unsure if i was listening to the male or female narrator. This was my first book narrated by Rudy Sandia and his main character voice was pleasant to listen to, but some of the supporting characters i didn't like as much and it became a little distracting. This book did continue to reinforce that Teagan Hunter is one of my new favorite Rom Com authors, and I can't wait to read more of her books.

Poor male narration.

The first 2 books of this series only had Emma Wilder as the narrator, this one should have only had her as well. Did not care for Rudy Sanda... his natural voice is great but when he tries to pull off another voice it falls way short.

Enjoyed the story tho

couldn't finish

I could not get into this book at all. Didn't finish. Found the female character really annoying. way too naive to be believable. I don't think the narration helped. Had to skip the sex scene because the narrator just made it sound so flat and boring and a little cringe worthy at times.
shame the story could have been promising. maybe it's better to read than listen!
