Call The Tedious!

This tome has one very major problem... It never gets anywhere! On the run for their lives. Our hero's spend a vast majority of their escape sitting around the ol' campfire telling ghost stories and other BORING tales from their collective past! Where are the Editors...just when we need them most!

Loved this book. Great plot, interesting characters and a real page turner. It is scary but still hS great drama.

Good story, very good listen. Never felt a lull that I had to get through. Just get it.

Great plot, excellent story and interesting characters. I will definitely pass this book along to anyone who loves an amalgamation of genres.

Good paranormal story

In the snowy West Virginia mountains a woman is on the run when she witnesses a plan crash and decides to help the lone survivor. In a twist of fate, they team up with the former and current sheriffs to escape the bad guys. They are also being hunted by something not quite human. Lots of twists and turns that keep you in the story’s grip.

Brilliant!

A thriller bolstered by its science fiction and supernatural elements. If it was a paperback, I'd have had trouble putting it down. Because I listen to my books in my car, I'd sit in front of my house after I'd get home from work and keep listening to this one!

Left with too many questions…

This was a very entertaining story and I was really hooked at the beginning…. until they were all running in the woods. Way too much -boring- time was spent here. I would’ve rather heard more about Luna and the whats and whys behind her story. What was up with her? And was Roach an experiment too? If he was the “white thing” Walden had previously talked about, how did that happen? How could Walden tell stories of the white things when Roach had yet to change -into what? And why?- What was his purpose in the experiment.
Ultimately, this could’ve been a much better story if those questions had been addressed.
