Publisher's summary

Treat pain safely, relieve stress, and learn the science behind CBD and THC with this guide from a doctor, researcher, and leading expert in cannabis medicine.

What is the difference between CBD and THC? What is the difference between over-the-counter CBD oils and medical cannabis oils? What is the science? Does it actually work, and what for? We are in the middle of a medical revolution regarding the cannabis plant and its uses. Medical cannabis has gained notice for treating serious illnesses when drugs fail, and CBD oil has become incredibly popular as a wellness product, with hundreds of brands flying off the high street shelves. However, there is still confusion around the plant, what it can do, and how to make use of it for both wellness, self-care, and treating medical conditions.

American board-certified doctor and international expert in CBD, cannabis, and natural medicine, Dr. Dani Gordon has written The CBD Bible to explain how CBD and medical cannabis can be used to safely treat pain, alleviate stress, and create a deeper sense of well-being. With guidance on dosing, sourcing, different products, and much more, this is a must-have book for those ready to take the next step in their journey to overall well-being.

Thorough, Well Structured, Easy Listen

Writing a logical, practical book on CBD and THC can't be easy, but this doctor did an excellent job. Whether you're just Cannabanoid curious, a doctor looking for the bottom line for a patient, or someone seeking relief and considering self medicating, this is definitely worth a listen or three. Everything anyone would possibly want to know about how cannabis works to how it can help or hurt can be found here.

High CBD-Low THC, Start Low and Go Slow

I pretty much summed up the book in the title. CBD is still in the nascent phase of medicine. There are not many well-referenced studies so the author provides anecdotes instead. Going into this book I knew literally nothing about CBD. I now know a decent amount and am conversational on the topic as well as the potential use cases. That being the case I think the book is well-named.
