Get more new patients.
After listening to this audiobook, you will know:
New patients are the life, blood, and catalyst for the growth for any dental practice. Then why is it that when I talk to dentists all over the country, the vast majority are having trouble finding and getting new patients in the door? To compensate, more and more dentists are signing up with dental insurance plans in the hopes that they will help bring in more new patients. The unfortunate part of this strategy is that corporate dental groups are leveraging their size and power in negotiating higher reimbursements for themselves while reimbursement rates for the solo practitioner keep getting smaller and smaller.
What are we as a group to do?
For my practice, the answer to this question led me to discover a nearly unlimited and untapped market of fee-for-service patients who want and value their dental health but have a significant hurdle to coming in to see a private practice doctor. That's why I wrote this book. It identifies what that hurdle to getting these patients in the door is, as well as provides you a solution to the problem that, over a two year period, allowed me to add over $1,400,000 in revenue to my practice. It helped get me out of the dental insurance business and I know it can do the same for you!
I have been reluctant to the idea of an in-house dental savings plan. Not sure why after listening to this book. I'm not only a convert but I plan to launch my product next Wednesday. This is a quick read / listen to as it's less than two hours long. I made the mistake of listening to it FIRST on my commute to and from the office. I wouldn't recommend this as you can't take notes. You will want a pen and paper for ideas. Thank you Dr. Phelps for a brilliant idea! I can't wait for 2000 patients in this savings plan with monthly continuity at $35/ea.
Not super impressed with content from a marketing point of view. Seminars are a ton of work and totally depends on your office location
Thank you very much for sharing all you know about this very important tool. You're a true gift to the dental profession and I look forward to meeting you someday
A book which every dentist must has to increase their awareness of marketing in dentistry in particular capitation scheme. It is written from experience and not generic like most of marketing books . The only thing is the book is short and it doesn’t cover wide range of marketing strategies in dentistry. I do recommend this book wholeheartedly. Dr Saleh UK
