Absolutely Excellent!

I absolutely loved this book. It's a great conclusion to the series, and brought everything to a really satisfying conclusion.

The family feud continues...

I will admit that I read Bad Apple before I read this and thus had some idea of what was going to happen since that series is set after this book. That said, I liked this book though I think the events are so out there that I had a difficult time getting through it. Crystal changed her tune do many times I was beginning to wonder if she was ever going to pick a playlist. This book has lots of sex and senseless violence so if that turns you off you might want to skip it. It does have an HEA, at least for Crystal and Devlin. I have a feeling no one else is happy.

Perfect ending

The ending of the this book almost killed me! Seriously an emotional wreck the last few chapters. Nail biting, teeth clinching, heart pounding insanity that makes the slow part of the book a forgotten memory. True to her character, crystal remains wishy-washy in her I’m going to make my own choices, no wait I’m going to go with my family but in the end she puts on her big girl panties and woman ups to the situation. All three books truly need to be read or listening to to get the whole story and all the angst to carry over to this book like ptsd flash backs. This book takes small town, bully and mafia romance and rolls it all into one book smattered with some pretty hot (though both underage) sex scenes. Some are a bit graphic so just a warning. The author did a good job being a 16 year old girl with teenage with conflicting intentions and is the same through all of them.

A great conclusion to this trilogy.

Book 3 and final in this trilogy. Wow, what a trip! High school bullying at its fierest! Two families fighting for dominance. I have stated in last reviews that there is no loveable characters in these books. Well in this last one we get to actually see a little goodness. Especially in Devin and Crystal's relationship. So strong and powerful. Of course, with the two families at odds, they couldn't be together. All very violent and entertaining. I highly recommend this series.
I was gifted an Audible version of this book from Story Origin. I loved the narrator. She brought all the feels and attitude to the story.

My goodness

Loved it!

By book 3, really sometime in book 2, I had an appreciation for Devlin. I loved him by the end. Crystal goes through her own journey and must figure out if having love can defy what her family demands.

If you want to read these books you have to be ready for the intensity because there are some dark themes. Yes, its a bully romance but even that is up a notch or two from some out there.

The writing is well done. The characters learn a great deal. The plot gets crazy but if you're okay with that then I think you'll enjoy what this series has to offer.

The narration is excellent.
