Publisher's Summary

Seven years ago, my life changed forever. One accident and the person I saw in the mirror no longer resembled the woman I used to be. I was lost and confused inside my own body. I felt alone and disconnected from the world, carrying the incredible weight of guilt and loss that wasn't even mine to harbor.

Then fate led me to Leo James. He taught me that crazy could be perfectly normal and it shouldn't hurt to breathe. Don't get me wrong. Leo isn't perfect. He has his own cross to bear, and the truth is, that might be why I fell for him in the first place. But despite everything he does for me, learning to forgive myself is infinitely harder than overlooking the flaws of another.

Now, the secrets and lies of our past have begun to dictate our future - threatening to ruin us before we get the chance to try. Perhaps we were cursed from the start. Or maybe, just maybe, the remnants of our fractured lives will fit together to form one whole, where love isn't questioned and being happy is - well, easy.

Contains mature themes.

Read Among the Echoes before this book!

I'm on chapter 5 of this book and am figuring out I'm missing A HUGE chunk of Leo's life.

Redemption at its finest! Loved this book!!

This Series was AMAZING!!!
I absolutely LOVED it!!
Broken Course is Sarah's story.
I didn't know how I would feel about Sarah after everything that's happened but I have to tell you, Sarah totally redeemed herself. As weak as she was in the beginning of this journey, she ended up being the strongest in the end.
Sarah comes full circle and puts her life back together once piece at a time.
This story is powerful. It shows that even though you may feel broken, it doesn't mean you can't take your life back.
This story was about overcoming your rock bottom and learning to rebuild your way back up to the top.
There is so much character growth in this series.
I highly recommend this Series!!
This is definitely one that will stick with me. I completely devoured it and will miss all these amazing characters.
I listened to this on audio and this was favorite yet by Narrators Lucy Rivers and Christian Fox. With each installment in this series both narrators adjusted their voices and tones to become the characters and with Leo and Sarah, they did a phenomenal job.
There's even parts where Christian Fox is speaking Spanish and he sounds so smooth and pure.
Fantastic narration!!!
A Must Listen!!

Much anticipated

This was a surprising 3rd book in the series where Sarah really redeems herself. I think most of us ended up hating her by the end of book one, so this book was quite a refreshing surprise. Sarah has really come into her own. There is so much depth in hers and Leo's character, after emerging from very dark places. I really enjoyed this follow up to not only Sarah's story, but also to the other main characters in the previous books. My only complaint with this book, which is not at all a reflection of the writing, is that of the narration. There were some issues with the sound in the last couple of chapters, which made it very hard to hear the male narrator, who btw, is a great narrator. Otherwise I would've given this five stars

Broken Course

I wasn’t a fan of Lucy Rivers narration in this book. I have liked her in others but not this one. The story line was okay though.

Aly Marthinez

An exceptional three book story. I was in fir my favorite narrator Christian Fox and was very happy to have purchased all three. Wasn’t sure about Sarah but Aly did a greater good with this characterization.🥃

How can you end up hating the heroine even more

Man I thought I disliked Sarah from the previous books but she takes the cake in this book. She really ups her pathetic manipulative games here. Run Leo Ruuuuuuuuuun. She really does destroy everything in her path and she feels self righteously entitled. She doesnt listen to anyone but her own selfish thoughts and desires, she doesnt care if it messes Leo up because man shes gonna get her own way and who cares if it hurts him. She has no clue what love is.

I didnt even like this chick when she was with Brett and they were "happy". A pretty face and body doesnt make a pretty person. It wasnt until her brain injury that her true personality was shown. I think that this Sarah was always there.

This is my most hated heroine to date from any book any author. Leo deserves someone better.

The epilogue though we get to see a glimpse into all their lives I dont like how shes says they're all where they should be. I couldnt disagree more. I'm glad they ended up where they did but not that this was how it was always meant to be. Lives blown apart and now with completely different people. That's just twisted crap.

I love Christian Fox's voice and he always does a superb job but I wish they had used the original Leo (Carson Beck) from Among the Echoes for continuity.

This book was the perfect ending in the series. Just enough surprises to keep me in suspense but also parts that made me cry.

Man o man

Really good book that’s what I call writing. Up and downs. The beginning and the ending was good.
