Bringing Down the Duke

The book starts off slow, but hang in there. The book is well worth it! It’s a very good book. The characters are all well developed. I would have loved to know a bit more about each of the suffragists in the group. But once the story got going it was entertaining ride.

I can't wait for Book 2 in the series. Also, Elizabeth Jasicki was perfect at narrating and bringing each character to life.

How can Annabelle resist something so tempting! This book was funny, steamy, exciting and I wanted soooo much more.

Evie Dunmore has outdone herself with this. Can't wait to start book 2.

Narrator was very pleasant, easy listen and enjoyable. Story was cute, very traditional approach for a regency/ victorian romance where a gorgeous duke falls in love with a country girl. Slow burns, small number of steamy scenes, warm and fuzzy ending

Great story! Love it

This is such a great book! I love every minute and couldn’t put it down. Well written story and characters, slow burn with a super fine, romantic, eat your heart out MMC. Already wish I could listen again for the first time. Dont hesitate to give it a try!

Fun, sexy, and very interesting!

This was a bodice ripper of the first order! I loved the characters and the quality of their character. I knew what was going to happen, but I had no idea how. I hate that the book has ended, but it ended on a fabulous note.

Strong characters with great historical backgrounds

The female characters were strong, intelligent, and caring women who didn't suffer suffer fools. The male characters were also strong, intelligent, and caring.
The author does an excellent job of intertwining the personal lives of the characters with the history of the Suffrage movement
