Breathe and Listen!!!
I was so excited to see Sandy Abrams had written another book. I loved reading “Your Idea, Inc” which gave me the courage to start my second business. I was curious about “Breathe to Succeed” and I can confirm it is a completely different type of book, but equally amazing! I will say I was initially disappointed to find out the author was not the narrator. I’ve seen Sandy Abrams speak and I love her voice and humor and lighthearted inspiring approach. It took me a bit of time to get used to the narrator since she sounds completely different than the author. However it is recorded very professionally and is easy to follow. I got into it within a couple minutes of listening. I love the set up of this book and how she pops in scientific info to backup all her brilliant concepts. I love how it’s organized and easy to reference mindfulness techniques easily. This book is a must for anyone who wants to bring balance and calm into their lives.
