A good listen in my opinion
I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
I have to say, this was a great listen. I actually found it quite motivational. I know that I am often someone who is guilty of not taking time to slow down and be more in the moment. I can definitely try to enjoy those peaceful moments and get more out of life. This book did a good job of making me think and I left feeling better for the listen.
