Made me smile so wide

If you want to experience a funny, sweet, well written book this is it. The narrator’s and chemistry are amazing. This actually left me feeling so happy. You really root for the characters and want the best for them. It is so sweet and enjoy the friends to lovers journey.

The British banter and humor was on point!

Loved the humor in the dialogue! And the voice actors were perfect playing the American and British characters respectively.

Narration heaven

Such a great journey and story…
At times I wanted to scream at each main character due to their individual issues
The end portion was most wonderful…wrapped up so expertly like a store bought wrapped gift!
The 2 narrators are sublime.

Absolutely overall amazing

This book just makes you happy. The characters are so great and so much fun to listen to. Lori and Marisa really bring them to life a very special way. It is a perfect slow burn story and it is so well written and narrated that it deserves an award for it all. I really hope we see more of the whole combination (writers/narrators) it’s simply amazing.

This is how multiple narrators should sound like!

The story is cute and very unique. Usually there’s a formula for friends to lovers stories. This one doesn’t follow it as much, or deviates enough from it that you don’t notice it. Which is appreciated. Lately there have been a lot of stories that seem very copy and paste from one another.

The narration though. One narrator voices Beckett and a set of other characters whilst the other voices Alice and another set of characters. It’s not one narrates one chapter and then the other narrates the same characters in the chapter.

The narrators themselves are Amazing! Each have very good distinct voices to each character. They make the story very easy to follow. Other Narrators should strive to achieve what this duo have done in this story!

Deliciously fun

A delightful listen with lovely main characters and fun dialogue. You will want to listen to this book in one sitting. As always, Lori Prince’s narration is fantastic and gives each chat distinct voice.

A Real Love Story!

What a beautiful, sweet, hilarious, and relatable story! This is certainly a book to get lost in! I feel like I am listening to Lori Prince and Marisa Calin tell their love story. You can tell they are made for each other, the dual narration is flawless! The story is heartwarming and sexy at the same time. I found myself smiling and laughing many times through this book. Can't wait to re-listen sometime.

Enjoyable story and narration

I really enjoyed the dual narration. I couldn’t recommend getting lost in this story more. It’s an easy, engaging listen, and I found myself rooting for Alice the whole way through

Loved this!

A feel good story full of witty conversation and relatable characters. I loved the back and forth style the authors used so you get to hear what goes on in the minds of both MCs. Superb narrators including a sexy British accent. What more can you ask for!

Sweet story with British overtones

The narrators are both lesbian and actual lovers.. the British narrator is also actually British. This makes for a wonderful narration of a sweet romance story. There is some angst that the reader must get through but the romantic ending is with the wait.
