Funny fake relationship story

Everyone needs a Babushka!! Ex-navy officer, now a florist, Jase is tired of his family’s matchmaking efforts. During, yet another, matchmaking effort by his grandmother...aka Babushka...Jase lies and says that he’s broken-hearted from a recent breakup with the cookie baker across the street. Jase doesn’t expect Babushka to do more than commiserate and lay off the matchmaking...but she does...in a big way. So begins the fake relationship between Jase and Heather. The shenanigans of Babushka will have you howling in laughter! Great story with a beautiful ending. While each book in the series is about a different couple, it’s more enjoyable to read in order.

Laugh out loud funny

I really enjoyed this book. Quirky, at times silly, but in a very good way. I laughed out loud and oh my god, I fell in love with Babushka. All the characters were extremely well developed. Neva Navarre and Lance Greenfield are both excellent. Neva’s voices were spot on and her accent for Babyshka was perfect. Lance Greenfield is a dream to listen to. His female voices are extremely well done, and his actual voice is wonderful. From a production standpoint, there were some odd noises when Mr. Greenfield was narrating. I have begun listening to another book narrated by Mr. Greenfield and those noises are not present, so it must be production related.

Great book, great story - highly recommended

Loved the story and how it flowed plus the humor. Loved, loved,loved the humor. It was laugh out loud humor. Would recommend this book to any who likes a little humor with there romance. The author did a great job. Can’t wait to read another book by her.
