Fun and flirty Christmas romance

I genuinely enjoyed this story, for the most part at least. This was an age gap, nanny single dad small town romance. It was really cute but plenty spicy! The narrator was very engaging, even with her more masculine voice. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loved this Holiday story!!

Sugarplum Falls, book #2 is Sunny and Elliott's story. Sunny is the local nanny, who has cared for most of the town's children intermittently. Elliott and his 3yo son Alex have recently moved to SPF from Florida after a failed marriage. Elliott hires Sunny to be Alex's full-time nanny, something she has never done. There is instant attraction despite the 15 year age gap. Forbidden romance, age-gap, steamy hot chemistry, and a little angst make this a winner. It may be short, but you don't feel rushed through the story.

The narration was spectacular! Marie Hawkins is new to me, but I hope to hear more of her spiciness in the future! Great male voice!

This is my first Samantha Baca book and I am absolutely obsessed with her writing! I can’t wait to listen to more! Also this Narrator has become one of my favorites I loved listening to the story through her!

Spicy quick holiday listen

As a parent, this steamy romance book will have you laughing out loud. This is a fun, quick holiday listen or read about a rich single dad and his nanny. When a blizzard snows in the nanny- the surprises start coming fast. Definitely a great audio book!

Perfect Christmas quickie

This Christmas-themed single dad/nanny novella was the perfect way to get you in the holiday spirit. I quickly fell in love with Sunny, Elliot and Alex & so will you. Definite must listen!!

The perfect spicy holiday novella!

This is a novella, so it's quicker than a book, but still gives you the feeling of a full story. I first read this book when it was released late last fall and it ended up being one of my favorite books last year, so I was super excited when I saw it was available in audio now! It is an adorable story that hits you with the spice at all the right moments. I loved getting back into the world of Sunny and Elliott and all the fun tension that comes between them.

Sunny is the go-to nanny in Sugarplum Falls. When new resident Elliott hears this, he is eager to have Sunny nanny his young son, Alex. Sunny can't say no with the money Elliott is throwing at her. Elliott works from home and at first, Sunny isn't exactly sure what he does for a living, other than owning his own company. Once Sunny signs for a "noisy" package delivery and takes it to Elliott, her questions are answered - he owns an adult toy company. After that, it doesn't take long for Elliott to get Sunny up to date on their products.

Elliott and Sunny are falling for each other hard when something else appears at the door. This woman isn't a package, but is Alex's mother, begging for Elliott to take her back. It doesn't take Elliott long to realize she is up to her old games, but is it too late for Elliott and Sunny?

I'm new to Marie Hawkins, but I loved her voice and narration so I plan on checking out more of her work.

Sunny & Elliott

This book follows Sunny, Elliott, and Alex. I enjoyed the single dad trope. This book was pretty spicy. I loved the connection that Alex had with Sunny when she started as her nanny and got closer to each other. The tension in the beginning between Sunny and Elliott was nice and I enjoyed seeing how things developed between them. When Sharon came back it made me gasp wondering why she came back around Christmas time.

This book will make you need to eat oreos!

Samantha Baca is one of those authors I know won't disappoint me! Her lighter books are a naughty version on hallmark so I'm all in! This Christmas novella has age gap, grumpy/ sunshine, forced proximity, and nanny/ single dad. Plus it has something I have never seen before... Fun with cookies! Not to mention all the interesting adult toys they play with. Elliott is new in town and needs a nanny for his 3 year old son Alex. He runs his adult toy company from his home office and needs someone who can keep Alex happy while he is working. Sunny comes highly recommended and quickly wins over father and son. Elliott knows he needs to stay away from Sunny but when they get snowed in all bets are off! This short Christmas book is the perfect thing to read to get in the mood. I mean Christmas mood!

Cute Holiday Novella

This was a very cute nanny x single dad holiday novella! Quick easy read and good story. This is a small town, single dad/ nanny, age gap, forced proximity, grumpy sunshine romance.
The town of Sugarplum falls is such a cute setting for this story! I loved the small town vibes, Christmas overload, and all the characters. Elliot and his son Alex are new to town and in need of a nanny. They find Sunny and start working together. Elliot and Sunny have chemistry from the start but try to keep things professional for their working relationship. Since Elliot works from home the two end up spending a lot of time together and when a snowstorm forces them in together, their attraction becomes to hard to ignore. I listened to the audiobook for this book and really enjoyed it! The story was a fun quick read/listen and the narrator was pleasant. Very cute novella would definitely recommend!

Finished it start to finish in one go. As always great story by Samantha Baca. Narration was pleasant and easy to follow along with the changing voices.
