Please note: There is flagrantly foul language in this novel. The main character does not have a problem with cussing, just uninspired cussing.

LOVE this Series!

All of the books in the Kurtherian universe have been interesting and well-done story-wise. We will NOT mention spelling, etc in book versions. You don't catch those in audio. Beresford does an excellent job with this book. Truly the voice of Bethany Anne. I've been reading the ebooks as released and now buying the audio version, also. Thanks, Mike & Co!

Love the stories, but…

I love these stories, but the cost is getting a little steep. I have purchased many audible books, but all of them have been much longer for 1 credit. Prior to these audiobooks, the shortest one I got was 29 hrs. There was another series out there, that the original books were kind of short, so they were sold in volumes, each volume consisting of 2 audiobooks

Just gets better!

First, Ms. Emily is an amazing narrator! It is fun to listen to her comments at the end as she mirrors a lot of my own thoughts. Also, having someone who loves the content read it, makes a huge difference and you can tell she loves it.

BA is moving fast and her team is working hard to keep pace with her. The General and Frank Kurns interactions are so much fun, almost as much fun as BA, Gabrielle and the Bitches. Todd is integrating nicely with the team and feeling some of their frustration with BA which had me chuckling. BA makes a new friend while out terrorizing the forsaken and since I have read or listened to all the books, I get a bit excited as I know where this is going. Stephen is busy kicking butt and scoping out girls on Tinder, while Ivan follows along as his wing man.

The first time I read these I didn't really read or listen to the author notes as I was too excited to move to the next book in the series. Boy did I miss out. I was in tears when Mr. Anderle talked about Ivan and Ecatarina's mother, laughed so hard I woke my dog and he proceeded to bark at me in agitation. Enjoy, the story continues to get better!

fantasy, fun, at a furious pace

First thing out of the box if you are offended by someone cursing find another book. The creative cursing has become.e a contest between the characters in the story. folks it is a story so put that dog to bed.
Emily Beresford is once again outstanding. she is also the reason I buy the Audible versions of this series. She becomes the story a d gives life to the characters.
Cliff hangers sure but nicely done​ Leaving the listener thinking of possibly me out comes. in the next book or would that be future plot lines.
first I read the first four books on prime then I purchased the Kindle versions. (I own 1 thru 5)
then as soon as they become available the Audible versions.
For me this is a must buy series.

Not a vampire fan

I read this book a couple years ago and fell in love with the entire series! I am not a vampire fan, but Michael Anderle has made me one! I am currently reading book 20 of the series and I am enjoying listening to the earlier books as I commute to and from work.

I love this book

Great book, it’s fast moving and I love that the story never allows the QB to get physically hurt.

Awesomely fun to read.

Loving these books Michael, Emily has a great voice. Fan for life here! I'm getting the entire series and the spin offs as well!

Fantasy, science fiction and action

The action through out and personal interactions make the books very difficult to stop reading even when other factors suggest that you should be doing something else. Exceptionally well done on the story.
And also well done for choosing Emily as the narrator. Ready to listen to book 5.

Absolutely fantastic series, best I’ve read in a long time. Lots of action, great characters, outstanding detail. I’m already on book 10, not even taking time to review because I’ve been buying the next book- yes it’s that good. Still listening while writing this! Totally hooked! Thank you

Kicking Ass and taking names

As i explore this journey through audio many years after the reading of the books so many points that I missed come to life so much better when spoken <particularly the cursing> and we get a better feel for the action and BA character we got to know so well. Revitalising my love of this series and keeping me hooked again is great so onto even more listening.

Kick-ass action

I really like this series by the brilliant Michael Anderle. Strong woman lead with many other awesome characters. Fast paced book, a little too fast paced at times, with lots of action.

Excitement rises

The action ramps up in this book, fighting on multiple continents. BA never fails to amuse with her creative cussing, but unfortunately people are starting to notice her and questions are being asked about her. I can’t recommend this highly enough it’s awesome.

You have to listen to it

Another great story in the series

A long journey starts with one step. This series is building an impressive and interesting story arc one step at a time. For each step the suspension of disbelief needed to enjoy a stir happens easily.

If you like science fiction with everything turned up to eleven, on the vast balance of probability, you will be captivated by this.
