Soothing, Calming and Quieting
This was my first time learning about binaural beats and experiencing the sounds for myself. At first, I didn't know what to expect, but I played the sounds while finishing up work and I felt so focused! I definitely will keep on playing these sounds while working, studying, exercising, and meditating since the author does explain that consistency is the key to cognitive clarity. Highly recommend this to anyone who uses YouTube for trying to find mindful listening experiences while doing daily tasks. Great experience so far!

Empower your brain!
I am a neuroscientist, and I practice meditation. Gamma and beta waves are no strangers to me. I appreciate the author's efforts in compiling such an inspiring collection of gamma and beta wave binaural beats. The gamma beats helped me achieve a calmer state (with some working better than others), and I feel relaxed and energized. We are living in a busy world with everyone chasing their life goals. We should give ourselves a quiet time and enjoy inner peace with these fabulous gamma beats. Of course, if you want to stay focused and boost your performance, go beta!

Positive Healing
This book is a treasure trove of information on the benefits of binaural beats and how they can help you achieve a state of deep focus, creativity, peak performance, flow state, meditation, energy healing, and sound healing. The author has done an excellent job of explaining the science behind binaural beats and how they work to enhance brain function and promote relaxation.

Simple yet Powerful
Binaural Beats completely took me by surprise. At first, I didn't expect much but as soon you begin listening to the different Gamma and Beta tracts, you start to experience different states of calm, motivation, focus, and stimulation of thought. I went from a skeptic to a believer by the time I was done. If you suffer from anxiety or have trouble focusing or sleeping, I would give this a try.

These Really Get Me Into That Flow State

My new favorite book!
This is now one of my favorite audiobooks. I put this on in the background while trying to tackle my insane to-do list, and I really noticed a difference, I was more focused, I got more stuff done, and didn't need as many breaks. I will be playing this every day from here on out. If you struggle with procrastination, or getting distracted, this book is a fantastic option, the sound track really got me in a flow, I felt focused and got more done in the past week then i have all month!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
