Whiny

The characters came across as whiny and unrealistic, which made the story less believable. Many of the problems could have been solved if the characters had communicated openly instead of constantly complaining or overreacting. Because of this, the conflicts felt forced, and the story would have been much stronger if the characters had acted and talked more

Oh my, the YEARNING!!

I loved this!! This was a bit different than the other books I’ve read from Lilian Monroe, though this did NOT disappoint. The characters were flawed and beautiful and Wen and Kai brought the characters to life with their impeccable narration. Everything you want in a romance.. made my heart clench multiple times. This will definitely make my shelves as a book trophy! Loved!!!
