Great Read

This is a great read. The narrators did amazing, JF Harding has such a soothing voice. I love the way the character relationships developed and how their sincerity shined through the words. This is a great read.

Not my favorite from this author

The story line was not as great as her other series- the male narrator was good but the female voice was grating. I am not sure if I would have liked this better with another narrator.

Heartfelt Listen

I love this book! The characters and this story are one that I adored so much. I listened to the audio of this one, and it was such a great listen. The narrators are amazing at bringing Eden and Killian to your ears.

Eden is such an amazing woman. She is strong, and I loved her independence. She goes for what she wants and speaks her mind.
Killian is focused on running the bar that he half owns and trying to outrun the ghosts that haunt him.

These two together are a perfect match, and they push each other to be better. They compliment one another in so many ways.

I am totally committed to this series and characters. I need more!!

Great Story

This is a really great story about overcoming difficulties in life. The MFC is strong, which is a plus, and doesn’t allow people to push her around.

Amazing debut!!

I am quite literally blown away that this is a debut novel. This book was absolutely swoonworthy. The chemistry between Killian and Eden was electric. They literally had me giggling and swinging my feet!

Killian looks like your quintessential broody bad boy but he is so much more. He is funny, he is sweet, he is caring. And so protective. Learning about his childhood and all he went through, not even just for him to survive but also for his brother and the guilt he feels after taking his friend's life in the ring, you just want to see the guy find some happiness. And he finds that in the form of Eden.

Eden is such a wonderfully likable character. She is a social butterfly, she can make anyone her friend and she does. I loved seeing all the bonds she formed with people in Killian's life and seeing all those friendships bloom was so fun.

The way Killian loved her so completely and utterly, was so sweet, especially considering that he is never felt the pull to be in a relationship but with Eden, he couldn't let her slip away or share any part of her with anyone else. I have words honestly I just loved them so much!

I loved there was no third-act breakup with these two, there certainly was a threat of it in which we felt it might've come, but I'm so happy it didn't.

I loved the cast of side characters in this story and I'm intrigued to read their own stories as well. I absolutely loved how they all were rooting for Killian and Eden. Especially Ava, I love her for orchestrating their "accidental" coffee date.
