I liked the most the interactive exercises within this book, these exercises help integrate the information learned.
Also, I liked the accompanying PDF file, it was helpful to me.

Very personable and honest about many things others wouldn’t dare to mention. She carefully gathered all the information and experiences- her experience and knowledge as she explains, amongst many other subjects, one doesn’t go without the other. She is a very intelligent person with vast knowledge that gives his book many shapes and colors.
