“Be a Leader of Significance”, Mosongo Moukwa. Passion is contagious. Absorb Mosongo’s message and you will have caught the necessary ingredients to grow as a business leader and excite the chemical reaction necessary to lead an even more impactful life. Mosongo relates his own real-life experiences and how he has come to recognize that there is a lesson to be learned and skill that can be practiced to improve one’s significance as a leader. Each chapter invites the reader to reflect on their own experience and to exercise the muscles that will respond by growing the leader within each of us. Having known Mosongo since our days together in MBA school, I know Mosongo to be a brilliant, compassionate, authentic and naturally endearing person to all. Mosongo intentionally, or even more accurately, instinctively, knows that building relationships and the effectiveness of one’s communication is directly correlated to the significance of the leader. Reading “Be a Leader of Significance” reinvigorates treasured memories of the amazing person I met in school with the central theme that is, to lead others around a goal you must show courage, passion, and commitment.
