The Time Traveller's Tongue

The Unbound Fates Series, Book 1

De: J.L.B. Harvey

Narrado por: Juniper West, Peter Alden

He took her voice. She will take time.

Thealina's husband carved out her tongue, silenced her in the most barbaric way, but not her will to fight. After decades of emotional abuse, this brutal act of violence pushes Thealina to fight back!

Determined to reclaim her stolen voice and identity, she seeks out the help of Rafe—a forbidden time traveler who carries secrets of his own. Together they slip into the past, where danger lurks in every shadow and the cost of rewriting history could shatter them both. As she crawls her way toward freedom, Rafe becomes more than an ally—he's the first man who listens, who sees her strength rather than her scars.

Someone who forces her to choose herself.

But while he knows she is destined to be his, he will not claim her by force.

To win back her voice, her future, and her heart, Thealina must claw back her own power… and choose if love can be more than another chain.

She lost her tongue. She found her fury. And maybe... her future.

Contains a bonus letter, "A Letter From Rafe."

So Unique

This was so unique and such a good story! I loved the narration and I adore time travel books, this was perfect!!

Loved this

Definitely check triggers but this was so good. I don’t normally do time traveling romance but books like these make me rethink about adding them to my regular reading list!

Written by AI maybe?

Honestly, there are too many things about this book that I didn’t enjoy. I wasted a credit and DNF’d at chapter 32…I really gave this a try. So I’ll just say, I do not recommend this book if you’re looking for a great story with great narration.
