I am not typically a dark romance girlie but Elizabeth brings so much to dark romance that other authors don’t. And the voice actor and her was chosen for this recording was perfection. It felt like there were multiple actors. Cannot wait to listen to the rest of the series!

I read the book so going in I already knew I loved the story. The audio just took it to the next level. I was definitely a smitten kitten. If you’re a fan of alien/Scfi rom this is a recommend listen. Even if you’re not and are looking to dip a toe, this is a great start. I would consider this a dark rom. If you’re looking for something more lightheaded & cheeky then definitely check the authors warnings before listening. Can’t wait to enjoy the rest of the series on audio. Happy listening 💙

Excellent all the way around

My first audio book. I'm more of a reader than a listener but this is one of my very favorite books so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to give audible a try. I have to say I'm completely impressed by the voice actor. She was amazing. Because of her beautiful spot-on performance I have a positive experience with audio books. I'm sure it helped that this story is amazing in itself so shout out to the author for a gripping inspiring wonderfully written dystopian story.

So much love so much action!

I absolutely loved how much action was in this love story!! The author did a wonderful job making sure there was enough of both!! The spice was perfection as well!!

Awesome story

LOVED this story. I started this and was determined to keep listening and reading. Abel and Kane had so much chemistry and it really made this story sing. This was a little darker than I was expecting but the tone fit well considering it was dystopian in nature. I’ll for sure keep reading this series. I think the voice actor did an amazing job considering she did it all herself. The male voice at first caught me off guard but once I got over the initial shock I enjoyed all of the different voices.

Just as good the second time around!

Loved this book. I read it on KU when it was released and once I heard it was coming to audible I had to pre-order. I enjoyed it just as much the second time around.
5 stars, great plot, lovable characters, epic ending, the spice was spicing. What more do you want?
