A good new series

Likable MC, with good struggles of a healer learning to deal death. While moral and oath questions, it isnt beaten to death over and over like other books.

Good mysteries and growth in the first book. Worth the read as it delivers what it offers and the MC isnt an idiot. He also doesnt seem to fall in love with the first female he meets. Which is a huge cliche lots of books of the genre do.

A different kind of Isekai

This book has a fun twist on isekai that I don’t think I have encountered. Having a mage from a fantasy world isekai to another alien LitRPG is pretty novel stuff. The MC is interesting with a cool class. I enjoyed the story and look forward to more. The narrator does a good job.

Only 16 Chapters in and MC is insufferable

I’m hoping the story gets better kinda annoyed I wasted my credit on this, MC has been annoying as fuck, I get it new world and all this nonsense but other books have done a much better job and introducing their world and MC to it. so far I want to quit but since this cost me I will try to finish, will update this if it does get better, but there is none of that in sight.

Too bland to keep going

The story did so little it made it easy to forget and move on. Just because the book is twenty plus hours doesn’t mean it’ll be twenty hours of enjoyment. I found it bland despite the narrator being a favorite.

Slow second half

First half is fairly standard dungeon crawl. Second half is a meandering slog. Lacks focus and just kinda ends flat without any climax . May skip future books.
