Magically Amazing Story, Narration & Listen🎧

Chloe Archer does it again, penning another wonderful novel, a paranormal fantasy male/male romance novel that captivates your attention, warms your heart and puts a smile on your face. Noah Price’ luck has never been good, and he has a tendency to attract trouble, but he never lets that bring him down or break his spirit. He leaves for an adventure, a trip of a lifetime to the place he always wanted to go, Scotland, and not just for the Scottish men in kilts. His trip starts off with a hitch, which he handles in a Noah way, but after a wild encounter on the train, his luck is about to change in the most amazing of ways, thanks to Elryk, a gargoyle and guard with the DarkWing clan in the Highlands. Noah was a hit with the other gargoyles, lots of laughs, but getting Elryk on board is another story. These two were great together and for each other, Elryk was super protective, but Noah was not as fragile as he first thought. Noah brings hope to the others in the clan, hope they will find their own mates, plus abilities to strengthen the clan. Archer created a fascinating tale, a fun and adventurous journey for Noah, a learning experience, finding his people, his power and his fated mate. I loved all the layers of the story and how it all played out, with amazing humor and witty dialogue, drama, a touch of angst, exciting twists and turns, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. As always, the writing, plot and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. Chloe Archer, thank you for another fabulously entertaining story and wild ride.

🎧📚🎧 Gary Furlong’s talent and versatility truly shine as he delivers an exceptional performance voicing these characters, handling the witty dialogue with ease and landing the humor effortlessly. Believable in every role, giving each character their own distinct voice, making it easy to follow along and tell who was who. He nailed it as both lead characters, Noah and Elryk, showcasing both of their personalities perfectly, and he was just as fabulous embodying the roles of the side and secondary characters too. Furlong is an entertaining storyteller, and his captivating performance not only keeps you glued to the story, but he takes the already amazing story to another level.

Chloe had paired with Gary Furlong for this audiobook and dang a match made in Scotish heaven! Gary nails the entire cast spectacularly making a fun book even better! I hope to see more of this author/narrator in the future!

When you pick up a Chloe Archer book, expect chaos with love and action. With her addition to the Tales of the Tarot collection, you have just that and so much more. Noah has been plagued with bad luck his whole life until he happens to come upon the Magic Shop. Where the Star major arcana card is drawn and Noah knows it's time to follow his dreams.
This time, we get to head to Scotland and the DarkWing Castle. You may remember hearing of Elyrk in the Gargoyle and His Romance Writer of his older brother Elryk. Now it's his turn to get his fated mate in the amazingly bubbly Noah. be prepared for all the movie and TV references their are a lot, and they make his personality all the more loveable. The action is nonstop, leaving you to wonder how this will all play out in the end. As with all Chloe reads now, a certain best friend and loyal legend need their stories as well. Hint hint nudge nudge. I will read those immediately!

What a fun and engaging listen. Noah is constantly attracting bad luck and when he is let go from his latest job, Noah finds himself in a magic shop getting a tarot card reading that changes his life. With nothing left to lose Noah takes a chance and follows his dreams and goes to Scotland. This new adventure has his dormant magic coming awake and soon Noah crosses paths with Elryk a gargoyle warrior. Elryk has come to protect Noah and as the two work on Noah’s abilities they also work on understanding their fated mate connection.
I enjoyed this story and was quickly pulled in to the magical world this author has created. Noah and Elryk are great characters and endeared themselves to this listener. It was nice to see the softer side of Elryk when it comes to Noah. I liked the way their relationship grew and their bond solidifies. Their adventure moves at a good pace and keeps you engaged with their story. It has a nice mix of action and romance with a good dose of humor and heat thrown in. not only do the main characters shine but many of the supporting characters make themselves known and have you wanting to return to this world for more. Narrator Greg furlong does a wonderful job of bringing these characters to life. I was immersed in their story and felt their emotions making this a fun and enjoyable listen.

Lucky Star

This was highly entertaining. The number of movie reference alone was fun. Chloe Archer does an amazing job building a world of magical creatures mixed with a balance of humans. The character development, although humorous, was perfect for this story. Gary Furlong did a great job bringing the guys alive. I was hooked and enjoyed every minute!

What a great start to a new spin-off series called DarkWing Clan by Chloe Archer. Gary Furlong did an amazing job with the narration and he gave Greg Boudreaux a run for his money!!! Sorry Greg but it's true!!!

When the author says "this book contains more movie references than you can shake a stick at" she's not lying. I can't express how much fun this book was and how the narrator brought it to life. That Scottish brogue, sigh.

This story left me happy and feeling good. Hold on to your hats everyone, you're in for a treat.
