Delayed gratification

Whew…..the longer Tessa makes you wait for the claiming scene…. the hotter 🥵 it will be. 💋

My Least Favorite

This is the only one in this series not getting 5 stars from me. The storyline is good but the delivery was unnecessarily long. The length was not about substance or thorough character development. For the first 3-4 hours 50% of each chapter was basically a copy/paste of a previous chapter. Then there's finally advancement for that phase to be a few hours of copy/paste chapters. The final 2-3 hours finally had consistent development and the ending was good.

So I see a lot of the reviews and yes it’s a little repetitive but I feel King Amir’s story is a great finish to the series especially to see who he is and why he is

I love there story put if I’m honest I would have been mad if Amir’s just watched me struggle for a while then take me to Wintermoon.

Slow start

It starts slow but is good overall gives lots of backstory and fills in the blanks from books 1 &2

Disappointment

This was a huge disappointment. If it wasn’t for Myles I wouldn’t even get as far as I did. I returned this book. The chick narrator has no emotion when reading, the plot is uninteresting and dragged out. The 2 didn’t even meet until around chapter 14. I’ve listened to all of the other books in this series so I pre ordered this book. It’s boring, repetitive from chapter to chapter, with a lot of unnecessary information. There’s not much spice at all and I returned it 4 hours before the book ended. The most the 2 ever did was kiss. You’re going to think you went back to another chapter by mistake because that’s how repetitive the scenes are. I’m no longer going to listen to any book in this series. I loved the other books which is why I pre ordered this one but never again.
