Came back strong then died

The moment the author started writing in ways to nerf the MC JUST to push a new plot point, the book died to me. NEVER make a progression story if you can't push the plot without crippling them in some way.

it was good in the first 2 books then they had to throw in the litrpg lesbian romance that every book with a female mc has. What can't there just nit be romance at all I don't get it

Took a bad swerve in this book

And I’m not talking about the same-“sexness” of the new relationship. This book somehow managed to take several steps backward in writing quality. Prior to this book the series was ok but not great. Still it was good enough to keep me spending credits. Unfortunately, this book has the hallmarks or an under-edited/alpha-read first book. From nonsensical moral handwringing to inexplicable character decisions it just was not very good.

If you really love this series then I don’t know, probably go for it with this book. But if you were sort of on the fence about it already like I was then I recommend you save your credit.

Narrator

Some parts the voice of the narrator switches for odd reasons. I hope they are ok

messed with the tism

there were parts where in the same sentence the pitch, tone and speed would drop to the point it almost sounded like a different narrator. low/slow, normal, higher pitched and back to low in one sentence no rhyme or reason. I enjoyed the story. that ruined parts of it for me since it became choppy and detracted from my attention.
