Good series

It was much better than I thought it would be. Glad I did take time out to read it.

What A ENDING!

This was an ending that leaves you wanting more! The performance by Winston and Zair was great. I loved the authors ability to discuss mental illness with such grace. Amari was stronger than any of us even knew. Slaughter's moves in the beginning made you really want to dislike him, but he came correct in the end. The secrets revealed you want see coming which makes this a great story. Madam thank you for a job well done.

The story had so much potential, the storyline was great BUT there were so many inconsistencies in the writing. It was like the author forgot about some of the most significant scenes in book 2 when writing book 3. I can deal with minor inconsistencies but when major revelations took place in book 2 and then the same characters have a completely different moment of "discovery" of the same major detail that significantly affects the characters and readers perspective, that is just ridiculous. There were a couple of unexplained loose ends but nothing that makes it breaks the story.

Question…

I liked the series…. But there were some things that have me confused. Sooooo, after listening to the end, how old is Brit? I also wish we coulda continued to hear about her and Channing’s journey navigating with a new baby being involved. Did she stick to her guns or is she open to trying things again? But the 1st two were the most entertaining
