Still my favorite series

Im so happy to be able to reread this as an audiobook. This story is so well done. I love these characters. Wendy really did an amazing job in this book.

Dear author

Contradictions can be story Enders.
They did kiss after “that day” in the little inn they stayed in right before she was kidnapped by her half brother.
However, I will not give one star due to the fact that this is the best series I have read.
This series beats every SJM book, JLA, beats RY easily.
This is everything I wanted from the poppy war and TOG.
These books are like if you put the poppy war and TOG together but changed the entire story and plot.


Favorite books in the last 5 years, hands down.
You have gained a fan for life from this series. Your books are art. I don’t know how these aren’t viral.

incredible book

the story is amazing! my only issue is mfc. she has not grown at all emotionally. I have 3 hours left of book and I am extremely disappointed in the mfc. ok i had to change my review because right after I posted this review the fmc finally started to change! yeah! looking forward to book 3!

God, could the female lead be any more obnoxious?

Both the female lead and narrator are just awful. This was painful to listen to. I can't continue any further.

The male narrator is fantastic and actually sounds like he takes his job seriously. The female narrator sounds like bored AI.

The female lead character is so ridiculously self centered and bratty. No person would give that idiot their trust or loyalty. Who on earth would willingly give her any power? I get that it's fantasy, but it's a real stretch to imagine this person as being remotely likeable. And holy shit this story draaaaaaaaaaaaaagggs on. How is this so highly rated?
