Cute story with sizzle; female narrator on point for both characters

I enjoyed this story. Those wedding events can bring the drama from do many directions. This one has some surprising turns and I'm glad thru took some time to themselves to think about what went wrong and worked on themselves before getting back together.

Such a relatable storyline

This is a story that hits pretty close to home to me. I was not prepared to have so much in common with her and hope that some day I too get a happy ending just like her. The author and both Narrators did an amazing job with this story. I’m looking forward to listening to more!

If it were a duet, I'd have finished. However...

Both narrators had pleasant voices, I just think they both had trouble voicing the opposite gender, which in my opinion, threw it off. The storyline seemed interesting & cute, but DNF due to narration.

I had tears

I loved the voices. I loved the characters. they were so good. Friends love i was happy to share the journey with them. I had happy tears at the end. I blamed them on allergies lol.

A great listening

I almosted absolutely loved the story. I did not like the sex scenes, but could fast forward of them. I thought the book was well written and tried to show how many people still think therapy is tabu. I highly recommend this book. If you like romance between Asians and Blacks you will definitely love this book.
