Just days after an astonishing ascent to Grandmaster Alchemist, Ruwen finds himself embroiled in a contest of mythical proportions. Invited by the enigmatic Nine Muses, Ruwen and a cohort of alchemists from the Black Pyramid journey to a mysterious location where the boundaries between the Shadow Realm and the Material Realm dangerously blur.

As the competition unfolds, Ruwen suspects that the Muses' quests harbor darker undertones. With each task designed to delve deeper into the forbidden, Ruwen fears the Muses have unearthed a secret in the Shadow Realm—one that threatens to unravel the very fabric of the universe.Guiding his friends and fellow alchemists, Ruwen must navigate through this treacherous contest while honing skills long neglected. As the true nature of the Muses' pact with the shadows emerges, Ruwen faces a race against time to unravel the mysteries of the Shadow Realm and prevent a cataclysm that could annihilate all he holds dear.

In "The Tenth Muse," secret alliances are revealed, ancient secrets are unearthed, and the barrier between realms blurs. In the flickering shadows of otherworldly pacts Ruwen must outwit the Muses and save the universe, or risk becoming the final note in their perilous symphony.

Honestly one of my favorite books in this series. I found the slice of life and leveling balance to be very enjoyable. But now… I just honestly cannot wait to read the next one. Great job!

Wow… that was a lot

This has always been one of my favorite series but the massive twist at the end has me frothing to see where this new direction leads.

Loved it

Nooooooooooo! It’s over way too soon and just when everything is so exciting. Great story and such an awesome new twist. Can’t wait for more. Thank you

Too short!

I've really enjoyed the series, but don't really recognize it anymore. Most of the story's origins feels abandoned and unfinished. I get that the author is taking us into a new arc, but it feels premature and forced. Exploring the new universe is appealing but I wish things in the existing universe were wrapped up before diving into another journey. It would also be amazing if the MC wasn't constantly hobbled every time he gains new powers. His progress is starting to feel pointless, because it's assumed his new powers will either be nullified by the environment or someone will injure his new ability and take it off the table. Why bother giving him new powers just to take it away a moment later ?

Hopefully the next book brings things to a conclusion. I've enjoyed the journey but it feels played out

Amazing performance carrying a confusing story
