6’4”. Drop-dead gorgeous. Rich as sin. With a closed-off heart of stone, Kieran O’Rourke is the head of the Irish Mob. And my new fiance.

To finance my father’s war with the bratva, I’m being sold to a savage.

As a mafia princess, I knew my marriage would be arranged. But my mother promised she’d choose a billionaire. And not be tied to a disgusting mafia boss like my father. But…here I am.

Now Kieran needs an heir to secure his reign. I need to not fall for his charm and dirty talk. During the day, he’s cold as ice. As night, an undeniable fire blazes between us. And there’s only one thing more dangerous than being married to a savage. Falling for one.

🎧Audio Review🎧
I read this book as an ARC and now got the extreme pleasure of listening to the ALC. The narrators did an amazing performance. Really love the irish accent and all the emotion put into it. Below is my original review that still stands accept I love the narration even more. Definitely one I will go back and listen to again.

Wow! This book is so freaking fantastic. Mafia romance at its finest. I thought the first book of the series was good this was even better. I was literally glued to every word. The Irish Mafia Boss Kieran buys the Italian Princess Isabella so he can have her give him an heir. These two butt heads but then when the walls crumble they bond in amazing ways. This book has suspense, angst, and tons of spice. Definitely a 5 star must read series, I can not wait for the next book.

Kieran and Isabella

Kieran and Isabella's story is one I didn't want to stop listening to. We first met Kieran in the first book of this wonderfully written series, Sinful Vows when Ewan planned to find him a wife but fell in love with her himself.

In this book, Kieran takes finding a wife into his own hands when he offers the Italian Don money for the hand of his daughter Isabella. Money Kieran hopes he will use to fund a war between the Italian and Russian factions who rule their parts of Astoria which has been divided into three with Kieran running the Irish.

Kieran may have gone into this marriage intending it to be purely a business arrangement to give him an heir and to give him overall control of Astoria but he had yet to get to know Isabella aka Izzy.

Izzy is much younger than Kieran, but she is strong and has plans and ambitions of her own and becoming a mother before she completes her degree is not one of them. Seeing them come together and learn the art of compromise was fun.

Their chemistry is palpable and very, very hot but will chemistry be enough to break down Kieran's walls around his heart? The storyline features action, betrayal, lies and deceit as well as romance. The book can be listened to as a stand-alone but I would urge you to listen to these books in the correct order to fully understand and enjoy how each of the characters who appear in all the books grow and develop.

The narration of this book is wonderfully performed in Duet by Lexi Evans and Tyler Griffin, they become Kieran and Isabella. I read the eBook when it was first released but the performance of these two talented actors lifted this enjoyable story to an even higher level. Tyler Griffin's Irish brogue was very well done.

I can't wait for Riordan's story to be available in audio!

Lots of spice and action

Although I will admit, it does get a little dull in the middle, overall a very good story with excellent duet narration.
Minor cliffhanger, but not about the main couple.

Loved the narration of Lexi Evans and Tyler Griffin

After the Russians attack the Italians, Kieran decides that the Italian princess, Isabella, needs protection and the best way to protect her is in the form of marriage. Isabella is not happy but she knows it is the way of keeping her safe. Even when married to Kieran someone is after Isabella. after her. Kieran knows it his job to protect her.

Great mafia love story

The author took a normal Mafia arranged marriage story and added twists and turns to make it more original and different. The narrators did a great job with all the characters and emotions. I love a good duet narration!.
