Surprisingly really cute

I enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and had a lot of sweet moments but I got whiplash from the back and forth religious and anti religious stuff. I’m not religious at all so Tori’s pov was cringy at times with how many times she prayed said “Oh father.” Angelo’s pov was definitely better but I did’t like how he was obsessed with her innocence and virginity.

I think it was worth the read and I like how the characters communicated with each other.

Great book!

Good story. Worth the listen. I enjoy a good forced mafia romance and this one delivered. Michelle Heard is one of my favorites anyways. The ending was a bit corny, but the overall story was great. No regrets on this one. Look forward to more from the this author.

DNF’d at the 40% Mark

Nothing personal here and I’m sure you can decide for yourself but this wasn’t for me. The FMC was 23 but talked thought and acted like she was 13. So, getting through the scene about the wedding night was TOO UNCOMFORTABLE 🥴 However, I loved the male narrator and pretty much stayed as long as I did for him. Anyways, not my style but that’s what makes us all unique.

Meek woman love story

This story wasn’t for me. Not that it was bad, I just like a lead character with a strong backbone. The female lead was very meek and submissive. The mafia man was soft for his woman. The love between the two of them was clear. The narration for the woman’s lead was fitting but when the female narrated the man’s part, it was cringy.
