The bowls do sound lovely.

I was hoping for more of an instructional book. Ashana is a beautiful sound practitioner, but the book seemed to gear more towards instructing you to her website and telling you how wonderful she is (which I do think she is). I was just looking for a book that helped myself grow further in sound healing.
