So King of Greed is the third installment of King of Sin. So this is my honest review on the title. The main leads, Dominic & Alessandra. Before I spoiled stuffs, would I recommend this book to others, yes. Would I listen to the next installment? Yes.

I was a bit shocked that it was a bit short compared to the previous books in the series. But the plot was concise and it sets in two timelines. Present and past (flashbacks on how they first met). Eventhough the book is a bit short, I still love it. Ana Huang is one of my favorite author and I will always listen/read to her works.

I love the fact that there was this scene where a couple from Twisted series were there. I admit, I kinda giggled when I found out it was them.

Honestly I love the dynamics of the friendship of the girls of King of Sin, the same as the dynamics of the girls in Twisted series. This shows that not all girl friendship is toxic.

Next, this story makes me delulu, in a good way, it’ll be nice to have a partner that is rich and do all these romantic gestures and dominant. But yeah, these kinds of men can be labeled as a tad bit toxic which is a good thing bc they are fictional. If I encountered that in reality, it won’t turned out good. Again, which is why the plot is good bc you can fantasize on all possibilities and decide what is best for you reality.

Overall, the book is good, but I still think the previous book in the series still has my heart. Again, would I recommend this book to others, yes. Would I listen to the next installment? Yes. Congratulations Ana for a wonderful writing. Can’t wait to read more from you.
