The narrating was terrible

I tried focusing on the story which is good. The AI voice is pleasant. But the reading is no good. Monotone, no inflection, hard to figure out when another character is speaking it’s all in the same tone. Cannot finish listening to this. Too bad since it was part of the catalog.

Storyline good, narration terrible

Virtual voice took away from the story!! I think this would have been a good listen if a real person read it.

AI smut

Just enough story to be almost worth wading through chapter after chapter of computer narrated smut scenes. I also refuse to believe this was written by a woman, as the depth of emotion is always described in terms of "coupling"

Narration is not good story is lacking

Narration is so bad, no attempt to do a male side kind of voice, leaving me barely sure whose supposed to be talking. The whole book is about his romantic frustrations with an attempt to add drama and depth that isn’t really believable. If it was not free I’d have stopped listening in the first few minutes.

Narrator is terrible

I gave this theee stars but it was hard to understand and differentiate the characters because the narrator did not change her tone or voice so you never know who is speaking.
