Serpent Rising: The Kundalini Compendium is the end-result of my 17-year Kundalini transformation journey after a full and sustained awakening in 2004 that permanently expanded my consciousness. After experiencing a complete visual upgrade that enables me to witness the Holographic nature of the world daily, I knew that what happened to me was unique. So for the next part of my life, I decided to use my gift and devote myself to learning the science of the invisible world of energy that I am intimately connected with while developing the right language skills to communicate my discoveries comprehensively.

A large portion of the book is devoted to the philosophy and practice of Yoga (with Ayurveda), including a list of Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Mantras, and meditations, and their instructions of use. I also discuss the Kundalini awakening and transformation process in detail, including permanent and partial awakenings, Lucid Dreaming, Siddhis (psychic powers), Out-of-Body Experiences, the role of food, water, nutrients, and sexual energy during integration, and peak events in the overall transfiguration process.

Since I was the scientist and laboratory in one, this book contains all of my knowledge and experience acquired on my Spiritual journey, including essential meditations that I developed while encountering Kundalini energy stagnations and blockages. Serpent Rising Book is a comprehensive guide for your spiritual journey. You can find all the information you need in all stages of awakening the Kundalini process. I highly recommend this book to whoever is seeking spiritual growth.

Aligns well for a Sadhguru-initiate

In all honesty, I came across this book while looking for a new teacher in the field of yoga. I took Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering training and wanted to know more, but for reasons out of my control I could not use him as a teacher anymore. This book was great because 1) it aligns with all that my “higher self” has already come to understand through my experiences in this life and 2) goes into great detail on many taboo subjects with a beautiful confidence. I also appreciated how the authors journey did not start with yogic philosophy at first but in the end he uses it as the unifying basis for all of his other knowledge collected through his years. I look forward to rereading this and taking time out to try some of the new practices I have learned.

As for the narration, it was perfect even in most pronunciation of Sanskrit words as far as I understand however I felt put too much emphasis on every sentence to which it became harder for me to understand what the authors main point was for that section.

This book covers everything Kundalini and beyond! If you want to know all you can about this beautiful energy, and how to "manage" it, this is the book you absolutely need! Neven Paar is an AMAZING author, who speaks from his own experience with having a full-blown Kundalini awakening. This book covers SO much!

You can understand that his knowledge has been divinely channeled as well as acquired from personal experience.

😇 I can't put these kind of things into words. These type of books are needed with someone that has a weak spiritual seed.

Map through the awakening process

While I enjoyed this incredibly comprehensive book, and do you believe a lot of the things that are shared are likely true, there is a lot that is said that is not proven to be true and yet spoken as though it is fact. Information about cannabis and different genders… I found there to be a lot of statements presented as fact which are actually not fact but opinion.

So I would read it and also keep a keen eye on making sure to do your own research and listen to your own inner knowing take everything that’s shared in this book as 100% factual.

A great resource for spiritual seekers.

Truly inspired writing

Written like a true expert “walking the walk”, while thoroughly researching for a dozen plus years. Experience makes the material come to life. Consistently good read, the odd is priceless and the narration clear and expressive. I’ve gone back over the materials twice so far, and feel illuminated by its light.

I genuinely love this book! ❤️

It’s profound in that the author is a living (modern) example of what occurs in the human body throughout the enlightenment process. It also offers guidance to those newly activated which is incredibly helpful. This is one of those rare books that comes to you when you’re a vibrational match to it.
