Mind opening?

The book ended up going a direction I wasn't expecting but ended up opening my mind to many different ideals, thoughts, and practices. The later half feels as if it focuses on meditative practices mostly but interwoven throughout are gems of knowledge that sent me down a rabbit hole of researching and revelations. I will definitely give the book another listen and will try many of the recommended practices in an attempt to "see for myself"

Bynum is spirichually enriching...

Listen to this at least thrice. EBB talks about waking the inner light, breathing techniques, Kundalini, etc... Well worth listening to... I plan on getting a hard copy just for posterity....
