This excellent summary has my interest in underwriting

I didn’t expect much for a three hour book. I was quite surprised with the amount of information he was able to condense into a very short, reading. His information is excellent and I even downloaded the free work book. I am going to be seeking more information from this author, and making an effort to get in touch with his business organization.

Cut the cake

It made the cut as far as what I was looking for. It’s to the point and does a good job. I suggest listening to it multiple times.

Do not do the audio book

While this book may be good, it is not a good audio book. This should come with a PDF or other to show formulas. I regret spending a credit in it. Get the physical book.
